Create and Connect a Database

  1. Open Databases.
  2. Select New Database.
  3. Enter a descriptive name.
  4. Set allowed connections to the narrowest host that works.
  5. Create the database.

The panel generates the database name, username, password, host, and port. Copy each value into the application’s configuration exactly as shown. Use the database host supplied by the panel, not localhost, unless the panel explicitly says otherwise.

Restart the application after saving its configuration.

Deleting a database is permanent. A normal server-file backup may not include the external database, so export or dump important data separately.

Do not post database credentials in Discord, public logs, screenshots, or a public Git repository. Rotate the password if it is exposed.
