PromoRewards Troubleshooting

  • If rewards do not apply, confirm the reward plugin dependency is enabled.
  • If codes can be reused unexpectedly, check one-time and cooldown settings.
  • If members cannot redeem valid codes, review role/channel restrictions.
  • If messages are unclear, update promorewards-lang.

General Checks

  • Confirm the plugin folder name and generated config names match the table on the overview page.
  • Check AthenaBot startup logs for config load failures.
  • Verify the bot role is above any role it needs to manage.
  • Confirm channel IDs, role IDs, and user IDs are from the same Discord server.
  • If dashboard config is enabled, confirm the dashboard value is not overriding the local JSON5 file.
