Predictions Configuration

When dashboard-backed configuration is enabled, use the Predictions dashboard first because live settings may be stored in MongoDB instead of reading only the local JSON5 file.

General And Prediction Settings

Wagers

When both global and per-prediction caps are positive, the lower value wins.

Rewards

Creation and reward-management commands can override XP, coins, and roles for the whole prediction. choice_rewards can assign different rewards to each answer using syntax such as:

Streak Bonuses And Milestones

rewards.streak_bonus controls the bonus per consecutive correct prediction, the maximum multiplier, and whether it applies to XP, coins, or wager profit.

Each rewards.milestone_roles entry can require a total number of correct predictions, a current streak, or both. Set remove_when_streak_lost when a streak role should be removed after an incorrect result.

Permissions And Language

permissions sets the Athena levels for the base command, creation, closing, resolution, and reward management. The lang section controls all slash names, responses, status labels, button text, audit reasons, and embeds.

Command and option names must follow Discord’s lowercase slash-command naming rules. Restart AthenaBot after changing them.

Predictions ships English and German config and dashboard templates.
