Add Users to a Server

  1. Open the server and select Users.
  2. Select New User.
  3. Enter the person’s account email address.
  4. Grant only the permissions they need.
  5. Select Invite User.

The person signs in with their own Haven server-panel account. This gives them access only to the selected server; it does not make them an owner of your billing account.

File access, Console commands, power controls, backups, databases, and user management are separate permissions. Start with the minimum access needed.

You cannot grant a permission that your own server role does not have.

Return to Users at any time to change permissions or remove access. If an invitation email is delayed, send the person the panel address and have them sign in or reset their password with the invited email.
