Set Up Discord Webhooks
Create the webhook in Discord
- Open the destination Discord channel and select Edit Channel.
- Open Integrations → Webhooks.
- Create a webhook, choose its channel, and copy the webhook URL.
Treat the webhook URL like a password. Anyone with it can post to the channel. Delete or regenerate the webhook in Discord if the URL is exposed.
Add it to the server
- Open Discord Webhooks in the server sidebar.
- Select Add Webhook.
- Enter a clear name and paste the Discord webhook URL.
- Optionally set the webhook’s display name and avatar.
- Choose the power, status, lifecycle, or activity events to send.
- Enable and save the webhook.
- Use Test and confirm the message arrives in the correct channel.
Leaving the event list empty subscribes the webhook to all current and future supported events.
If notifications do not arrive
- Confirm the webhook is enabled in both Discord and the panel.
- Use Test to separate connection problems from event-selection problems.
- Confirm the Discord channel and webhook still exist.
- Temporarily select all events while testing.
