DailyMeme Troubleshooting

  • If no meme posts, check schedule and channel ID.
  • If embeds fail, confirm the bot can send embeds and attachments.
  • If the source returns bad content, change source/category settings.
  • If manual tests work but schedule does not, check timezone or scheduler settings.

General Checks

  • Confirm the plugin folder name and generated config names match the table on the overview page.
  • Check AthenaBot startup logs for config load failures.
  • Verify the bot role is above any role it needs to manage.
  • Confirm channel IDs, role IDs, and user IDs are from the same Discord server.
  • If dashboard config is enabled, confirm the dashboard value is not overriding the local JSON5 file.
