Crypto Tracking Troubleshooting

  • If prices do not update, check API/provider access.
  • If a symbol is missing, confirm the provider supports it.
  • If updates are too frequent, increase the interval.
  • If embeds are not sent, check channel permissions.

General Checks

  • Confirm the plugin folder name and generated config names match the table on the overview page.
  • Check AthenaBot startup logs for config load failures.
  • Verify the bot role is above any role it needs to manage.
  • Confirm channel IDs, role IDs, and user IDs are from the same Discord server.
  • If dashboard config is enabled, confirm the dashboard value is not overriding the local JSON5 file.
