Calculator Troubleshooting

  • If expressions fail, start with a simple arithmetic expression.
  • If command access is too open, add permission restrictions.
  • If decimals or formatting look wrong, check config options.
  • If the command is missing, restart and resync slash commands.

General Checks

  • Confirm the plugin folder name and generated config names match the table on the overview page.
  • Check AthenaBot startup logs for config load failures.
  • Verify the bot role is above any role it needs to manage.
  • Confirm channel IDs, role IDs, and user IDs are from the same Discord server.
  • If dashboard config is enabled, confirm the dashboard value is not overriding the local JSON5 file.
