CryptoUtils Troubleshooting

  • If commands do not show up, resync slash commands or restart AthenaBot.
  • If a utility rejects input, test with a simple numeric value first.
  • If permissions are too open, update the configured permission key.
  • If an external lookup fails, check the console for API or network errors.

General Checks

  • Confirm the plugin folder name and generated config names match the table on the overview page.
  • Check AthenaBot startup logs for config load failures.
  • Verify the bot role is above any role it needs to manage.
  • Confirm channel IDs, role IDs, and user IDs are from the same Discord server.
  • If dashboard config is enabled, confirm the dashboard value is not overriding the local JSON5 file.
