Support Notice Setup

Before You Start

Setup Steps

  1. Install and enable support_notice.
  2. Set the notice channel and message content in config.
  3. Grant staff permission to update the support notice.
  4. Send or refresh the notice in a test channel.
  5. Confirm customers can read it and staff can update it.

First Test

Use a private staff test channel or a staging Discord server first. Confirm the plugin loads without config errors, run the safest command or trigger, and then check the configured output channel, role change, or stored state.
